To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work.

About My Journey
I hold a space of integrity, assurance, and curiosity and my work is powerful, accepting and intuitive. I see every session as a quiet exploration of the wisdom of the body, its desire to heal and my presence to facilitate the conversation between them. I began my healing journey in 1990 as a devoted practitioner at the Healing Arts Center on Orcas Island. I’m also a homesteader and gardener deeply connected to the land and my community with over 30 years of bodywork experience, the study of nervous system regulation and anatomy. I now help clients from a private Eastsound studio with a focus on integrative touch, including craniosacral therapy, Somatic Experiencing®, and massage. My approach to healing is integrative and holistic, combining treatments when necessary, such as craniosacral therapy's gentle touch to release physical tension with Somatic Experiencing's focus on renegotiating trauma responses. This approach addresses both the body's natural rhythms and stored emotional stresses. I like that my clients think of me as more than their bodywork therapist; I am a guide, a healer, and a steadfast believer in the body's capacity to heal itself. Join me in discovering how you can unlock your path to lasting well-being. Exploring together, we create a space of healing through touch, inquiry, silence and sanctuary.
